Porthminster View, situated on The Terrace above Porthminster Beach, within a couple of minutes walk of St Ives Town and the beaches.

St Ives has four beautiful sandy beaches, the Harbour Beach, Porthminster, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, between them offering miles of golden sand and hours of family-friendly fun. The coastal path provides some great walks that can be enjoyed while absorbing the magnificent views.

You could lose yourself for hours in the charismatic little back-streets which wind here and there, and are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries and welcoming local pubs including one of the oldest in Cornwall, The Sloop Inn.  Artists love the town for its stunning scenery and the quality of the light. The Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Gallery is located here. 

There is a great choice of restaurants in St Ives. Just below the apartment is the award winning Porthminster Beach cafe and other fantastic places to eat include:

Carbis Bay and its beautiful beach is a thirty minute walk along the breathtaking coastal path or hop on the train which will take you there in just a few minutes.
